Communities First, Inc. Hosts Signature Women’s History Month Event. Theme: Give to Gain
Flint, MI – In celebration of Women’s History Month, Communities First, Inc. invites women across Flint and Genesee County to come together for an inspiring afternoon of connection, empowerment, and growth at The GatHERing: A Place for All Women.
This year’s theme, “Give to Gain,” highlights the transformative power of community; the idea that when women share their stories, talents, and support, everyone rises.
The event will take place on Saturday, March 14, from 11:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (doors open at 10:30 a.m.) at 1110 W. Bristol Road, Flint, MI 48507.

“Our goal is to bring together diverse women from across Flint and Genesee County to create space for authentic connection,” said Essence Wilson Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer at Communities First, Inc. “When women invest in one another, sharing knowledge, encouragement, and opportunity, we all gain strength as individuals and as a community.”
The Gathering continues to grow each year as a signature Women’s History Month event in the region, empowering participants to reflect, recharge, and recommit to lifting one another up.
