Communities First, Inc., Keep Genesee County Beautiful and Flint Neighborhoods United have partnered to host a City Wide Litter Clean Up effort from October 19-October 25. The purpose is to empower community groups to address litter in their neighborhoods, beautify our community, encourage friendly competition and reward the good work of those that pick up litter in our city.
Neighborhood groups are encouraged to participate in this litter removal project, with cash and in-kind prizes totaling nearly $5,000!
Gloves and trash bags will be provided. Groups are expected to social distance and where masks whenever you are within six feet of someone else. Please be safe!
