Communities First, Inc. invites you to attend My City, Our Earth at the Masonic Temple in downtown Flint on Saturday, October 26, 2019 from 11am to 2pm.
This free family-friendly event celebrates our community and earth through live animals, eco-friendly crafts, kid-friendly activities, and delicious, local food! There are many activities available throughout the event including:
11am-2pm: Face your fears and hold a boa constrictor, 2-foot long lizard, or a turtle.
11am-1pm: Securely dispose of confidential paperwork with use of on-sight paper shredding service (limit of two boxes per person).
11:30am-1:30pm: Challenge yourself to climb a 25-foot tall rock wall.
1pm-2pm: See live birds of prey- learn about Michigan species from a raptor rehabilitation specialist.
