Communities First, Inc. recently underwent a rigorous process to become a Sustainable Performance Institute-HUD Green Accredited Organization. We are the only organization in Michigan and one of only 24 organizations in the country with this accreditation. This designation is as a result of our commitment to green building and operating practices.
